Tokairo acknowledge the fact that colleges might need
a diversity of capture method depending on the type of
student, staff or even location.
With TokAM you can use:
- Paper based registers which are scanned and read using
optical character recognition (OCR) techniques. This
represents about 80% of input at present.
- Direct attendance data Input via a classroom laptop
or PC, using the TokAM Input Module
- Attendance data entered over the internet or intranet
using TokAM Web Registers

Diversity in report formats
The reporting facilities
of TokAM are equally flexible as the systems provides
users with over 35 core formats aimed for specific reporting
needs. Attendance reports can be configured with a wide
range of criteria and can be saved for re-use and even
shared with other users. Reports can be exported to text
files, MS-Excel, notepad or in some instances even mail
merged with a users own mail merge document.
